I'm a Software Engineer with a background spanning cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and, more recently, production AI. My career has followed a consistent thread: taking complex, ambiguous problems and shipping systems that hold up in the real world.

At Gia I work as Founding Software Engineer, which means I've touched everything from product architecture to the infra bill. Before that I spent time at Turabit, Vergo.ai, and DeepSense, accumulating experience across microservices, HPC clusters, and full-stack web. I hold two AWS certifications and a master's degree from Dalhousie University.

Outside of code I'm interested in the design of software systems, not just whether they work, but why they break, and what structural decisions made them fragile or resilient. I believe the most valuable engineering skill is judgment: knowing which problems are worth solving and when good enough actually is.
